The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 8.1.19 - January 09, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 8.1.19, 9.1.7. Fixed an issue where firewalls stopped refreshing IP tag information when configured with the VM Information Sources feature with a VMWare vCenter Server.
