The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.11 - November 18, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.11, 11.1.5, 11.2.3. ( VM-Series firewalls in HA configurations only ) Fixed an issue where BGP routes from the active firewall were lost when the passive firewall was rebooted.
