On October 1 2024, Microsoft released Windows 11 24H2 (version 10.0.26100). After you upgrade a computer to this version, Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams might fail to authenticate to their Authpoint federated Microsoft365 domain due to a Microsoft issue with the latest Windows build. Symptoms include the following: An authentication window stuck at a blank white page after you enter your email addressAn authentication window stuck at a "Taking you to your organization's sign-in page..." after you enter your email address The Authpoint Logon app (agent for Windows) and Authpoint authentication to Microsoft 365 on the web are not affected.
This issue is resolved.
