After you add an Active Directory authentication domain to the Mobile VPN with SSL or Mobile VPN with IKEv2 configuration for a cloud-managed Firebox, WatchGuard Cloud shows only the first 19 users in the Users list. You are unable to select and add other users from the authentication domain to the Mobile VPN configuration.
Add the Active Directory authentication domain groups that the users are members of to the Mobile VPN configuration.
