Make sure the printer is placed on a level, solid, non-vibrating surface. From the control panel, navigate to: Settings > Device > Notifications > Jam Content Recovery . Note : For non-touch-screen printer models, press OK to navigate through the settings. In the Jam Recovery menu, select On or Auto . Print the document. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
