NAT TCP flow may experience TCP retransmission and low performance

Conditions

TCP NAT flow tcp retransmission may be caused by NAT sampling-timeout.

Workaround

Use static NAT or increase sampling-timeout to be longer that time it takes for NAT tcp flow to finish.
