Symptom
EPG data plane policing is configured and deployed onto the switch.
GreenBytes and RedBytes are not incrementing and are at zero.

Conditions
Data plane policing configured and IPV4 traffic is sent, leaf does not enforce policer.
Workaround
Currently, there is no workaround.
Further Problem Description
When user configures a dpp policy and sends ipv4 traffic, the leaf switch is not enforcing the policer resulting in green/red pkts and bytes not incrementing.
