Symptom
Unable to configured Aliased IPv6 addresses on ASA interfaces, or missing same pre-existing command under interfaces after an upgrade and reload process.

Conditions
> Aliased IPv6 addresses
> Either running or upgrading to one of the ASA affected releases.
Workaround
Apply non-aliased IPv6 addresses to interface
