Symptom

set port as span destination (monitoring status) may cause LED change to GREEN for specific procedure.

Conditions

The operation step as below ----------------------- 1.set span session on C3650 2.then connect cable between PC and C3650 -----------------------

Workaround

connect PC and C3650 first and then set span session
