Symptom
Having the following network configuration (There could be more, right now this is the only reported)
4-wire SDHSL ATM LINE -------- [NIM]4221 (It could be a C1100 also).
At the moment that the circuit is in up/up the router crashes producing a fman core.
Conditions
SDHSL NIM inserted in 4221.
