Symptom
It is observed frequently (3-5 days) that /opt is filled with *.trc and *.trm files. Once the /opt is full, it is not possible to access CLI. It is required to clear out the *.trc and *.trm files regularly to keep the disk usage.
Conditions
The issue seems to be the data migration is not happening with below exceptions. There are unusable indexes also which are causing slowness to the queries which were struck running from long time.
[..] exception occurred while exchange partitionORA-04021: timeout occurred while wai

Workaround
Monitor disk usage, if it is above 90% on /opt, contact TAC to access root console and remove files *.trc and *.trm from /opt/oracle/base/diag/rdbms/cpm10/cpm10/trace/
If it is full disk 100% on /opt, then ADEOS.iso is needed to access root console (reload of VM/appliance and boot from ADEOS.iso is needed - cannot install root patch to gain root console).
