Symptom
Catalyst 9k device might generate RUM reports every 8 hours due to incorrect handling of AIR WLC licenses.
In 'show license eventlog' output we see "SAEVT_PLATFORM eventSource="INFRA_SL" eventName="INFRA_SL_EVLOG_ERM_RESET" MSG="ERM-Reset:" logs generated every 8 hours, which correspond to the timing of RUM reports.
Conditions
The issue was observed on Catalyst 9300 switches with no Wireless Controller functionality enabled.
