Symptom
Health Monitor becomes greyed out and shows as "Not Available. This occurs when a Health Exclude policy is added for any appliance.
From System > Health > Exclude, Create an Exclude Policy for any FTD device or FMC, then Health Monitor for all devices is greyed out/disabled and shows as "Not Available"
An attempt to "Run All" for any Device displays "Error While running health modules", though health status and alerts for all devices are still being displayed.
Conditions
- Health Policy Exclude configured for any appliance.
Workaround
Delete the Health Exclude policy.
