Symptom
fib mgr crash seen during script runs with triggers.

This is happening in BGP PIC scenario
Further Problem Description
Because of BGP PIC over BGP PIC scenario, there was a prefix which is recursive one, pointing to another recursive nh in the hardware for the backup path.
Whereas, while we read data from the PI, it was not pointing to the right recursive nh. Because of which we are trying to read wrong memory location leading to the fib_mgr crash.
