Symptom
Messages similar to the following are seen in RA traces, when clients successfully join:

Conditions
Seen on a 9800, normal operating condition.
Further Problem Description
Cisco development does not consider these messages to be of any concern. With this bugfix, the
logging level for this condition is changed from ERR to VERBOSE, and the text is changed to:
MAC: HHHH.HHHH.HHHH.HHHH
Unable to determine vlan and switching mode. fsm_ctxt not found for client
