When operating inline and running firepower services module (not FTD)
The boot loops lead to file system corruption which eventually require a reinstall of the SFR module https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/asa-firepower-services/118644-configure-firepower-00.html
Reinstalling the SFR module is the only way to recover from serious file system corruptions like this.
