Symptom
When Single Sign On is configured on FMC and an external SSO user tries to login to FMC UI with a local user credentials pre-populated in the browser and a login banner created - FMC logs in the local user instead of the SSO user
Conditions
FMC versions with Single Sign On feature and login banner created with local user credentials auto-populated by the browser
Workaround
Don't save local Admin account in the browser as it lowers the security posture of the environment
