9800 WLC running on 17.6.4 Wireless clients randomly fail to complete webauth Few times client fails at 1st attempt, but after few seconds on the next attempt authentication will be succesful its external thirdparty server working as Portal and AAA server
Users need to key in "voucher code " as username and "password" will be auto generate in the background when submit. After clicking on Submit, users are getting "Authentication Failed" message AAA team confirms, there was no request coming in from the WLC From the client packet capture, we see http post to the VIP of WLC. We see the same on EPC of the WLC However, we do not see the Access-Request from WLC to the Radius Server
