Symptom

After cancel show tech-support fprm detail with ctr+c, the error is happened when do dir fxos command on ASA OS. Type help or '?' for a list of available commands. FPR2110-ASA# dir fxos %Error opening disk0:/fxos (Stale file handle) <<<<<<<<<<<<< Error is shown -------------- After about 10 minutes or more later, the device is no response which is looks freeze on console when dir fxos command or show flash: command or other show command is executed. Then, about 20-30 minutes of freeze, the following syslog will be output. > Apr 03 2023 17:58:20: %ASA-4-447001: ASP DP to CP ARP Event Queue was full. Queue length 2048, limit 2048
