Symptom
When configuration backup including credential repositories(e.x. FTP) are restored to the same machine,
the repositories can not be used after the restoration until re-configuring them.
Repository validation failed due to error - CARS_RM_NOT_FOUND : -200 : Repository not found. In case Backup was restored on different setup, please re-configure the repository passwords (Expected behaviour)
This message is displayed but this is for different machine. Restoration to the same machine should work without reconfiguring repositories.

Workaround
Deleting the repository and re-adding it from Admin GUI(Re-configuring repository).
