Further Problem Description
In Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly Cisco DNA Center) 2.1.2.x or prior, it is possible to use AD credentials for a user configured as an admin user for Cisco ISE admin CLI and as an ERS admin user in Cisco ISE admin web UI for the integration. Cisco Catalyst Center 2.2.2.x and above change how Cisco ISE integrates with Cisco Catalyst Center. This change currently requires the credentials of an admin user defined internally in Cisco ISE and in Super Admin group.
