Symptom
VTI: IKEv2 VPN goes down during rekey.
The following log message can be seen:
%ASA-4-750003: ... IKEv2 Negotiation aborted due to ERROR: Platform errors
Conditions
ASA/FTD with VTI IKEv2 VPN.
ASA/LINA version is 9.16.
Workaround
1) Clear IKEv2 SA: 'clear crypto ikev2 sa '
2) 'shut'/'no shut' VTI.
