CoA failure causes clients to fail central web authentication on Guest WLAN. ISE reports that CoA is sent to WLC but it was rejected. Test client is going through WebAuth , then drops-couple of times, and then is MAB authenticated and goes in RUN. Test user tried to authenticate, but auth page was reloading and did not authenticate successfully.
WLC version 17.9.4 ISE version 2.7 CoA Key with encryption or without encryption
Reloading the WLC fixes the issue
