Maximize the speed of the wired connection on your Dell or Alienware computers equipped with the Killer E2400 or E2500 ethernet card.
Computers equipped with a Killer ethernet adapter may not reach maximum bandwidth over a wired connection.
Resolution
There is a speed limit option in the Killer Control Center software that you can adjust to solve this issue.
Here are the steps to change the speed limits:
Open the Killer Control CenterClick Settings on the left menuClick Set Bandwidth Limits (Figure 1)Set the upload and download speeds according to your connection then click Apply Settings (Figure 2)
