Symptoms
When the BIOS update is attempted as part of the upgrade process, it fails with the following error:

Cause
TXT was previously enabled but was later disabled. This is a security feature working as designed; the TXT environment encrypts the BIOS and verifies the state before applying any new firmware.
Resolution
Reenable TXT in the System BIOS security settings.
