To determine your computer's Audio Controller: Turn on the computer and tap F2 key repeatedly to go to the BIOS setup menu.Go to the Overview section.Check the Audio Controller entry in the DEVICES section. If the Audio Controller is a Cirrus unit, it displays the word Cirrus. If it is a Realtek unit, it displays the word Realtek. If the unit is Cirrus Audio, go to control panel to check if the Realtek audio driver is installed mistakenly. If it is installed, it must be uninstalled first. To uninstall, type Control Panel in the search bar and click the control panel. Click Uninstall a program. Right-click Realtek Audio Driver and click Uninstall. Select Yes and wait for the process to finish, and then restart the computer.
