Symptoms
Configuration of ESRSFollowing error is seen during network check$ uemcli /sys/support/esrsi checkNetworkOperation failed. Error code: 0x6400b76The system encountered an unexpected error while completing the ESRS action. Search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider (Error Code:0x6400b76)
Cause
End User Acceptance License (eula) is not accepted.
Resolution
Verify the EULA is accepted or not:service@(none) spb:~> uemcli /sys/support/esrsi show1: Enabled = no EULA accepted = noIf it is accepted already and still not working, contact EMC Support for doing a cleanup. If it is not accepted, easiest method is, to reconfigure the ESRS in Unisphere but if that is timing out (at adding customer credential):uemcli /sys/support/esrsi set -acceptEula yes Once above command is executed, it will create CST Lockbox user. Validate again:spa:/cores/service>uemcli /sys/support/esrsi checkNetworkOperation completed successfully.orspa:/cores/service>uemcli /sys/support/esrsi checkNetworkOperation failed. Error code: 0x6400bc7 Integrated EMC Secure Remote Support cannot be enabled at this time, because the system cannot contact any required EMC server. Please refer to online help for this error code to resolve the issue. (Error Code:0x6400bc7)Note :Above example, shows this issue is fixed (1st check is all good, 2nd check says network issue) but we addressed the "The system encountered an unexpected error" here.
