Fix filepath bug when loading in test files from the current directory

query_tester results in "filesystem error: cannot create directories: Invalid argument []" when we load in files from the current directory. e.g. mongotest -t tests/a.test will work but if we cd into tests and then run mongotest -t a.test we run into the above error
