Resolve build gating failure due to RHEL 10 mass rebuild [iw]

Issue

Background: After the RHEL 10 mass rebuild performed a few weeks ago, there are a few builds that remain stuck in gating. Timeline: Ideally, these failures are addressed before the start of CTC 2, which is on Jan 7, 2025. Affected build: This ticket was filed for the following build version: iw-6.9-3.el10 CI dashboard: See build gating status in the CI dashboard via the following link: https://dashboard.osci.redhat.com/#/details/brew-build-65501971 Unsatisfied gating requirement(s): baseos-ci.brew-build.other.functional Task ID: 65501971 Expected actions: The blocked tests need to be reviewed and waived or if there is an issue to be fixed a new build created. The expectation is that either this or a newer build is added to the upcoming RHEL nightly composes.
