Please confirm you are running Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 build 5.0.3.1033 or higher before installing Cumulative Patch KB4270. You can check this under Help and Support > About in Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 console. After installing Cumulative Patch KB4270, your build version will change to 5.0.3.1060.
As a result of ongoing R&D effort and in response to customer feedback, Cumulative patch KB4270 provides a set of bug fixes, the most significant of which are listed below: General Monthly Usage Report includes incorrect data if a backup proxy is stopped while the report is generated. Under certain conditions, applying retention on Azure object storage repository fails with "Unspecified error". Backup Starting January 1st, 2022, under certain conditions, an incremental backup of Microsoft Teams objects may fail with the "Failed to resolve team (ID: , name: ): Organization (ID: ) which the team (ID: ) belongs to not found" error. For more information, see KB4268. This Cumulative Patch also includes all fixes that were present in Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 5d Cumulative Patch KB4235 and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 5d Cumulative Patch KB4222.
