Cause
This issue occurs when the vRealize Operations Manager login credentials configured in vRB does not work. The user or password or both were changed or invalidated in the vRealize Operations Manager.
Resolution
To resolve this issue:
Log in to the vRealize Automation UI https://vRealize_Automation_host_name/vcac/org/tenant_URL as the tenant administrator. Navigate to Administration > Business Management. Expand Manage Connections > Manage vRealize Operations Server Connections. Click Edit or the pencil icon to open the configuration window. Update the credentials for this vRealize Operations Manager. Go to the Business Management tab of the UI. Click Status on the upper-right corner. Click Update Now to initiate vCenter data collection. Verify that the Data collection status turns green. Note: Data collection will take some time depending on the size of your vCenter.
