Apple's Volume Purchase Program (VPP) requires Workspace ONE to have a valid sToken installed in order to function. This token expires each year and must be renewed annually. It is necessary to renew the VPP sToken in Apple Business Manager and update the Workspace ONE UEM Console with the new sToken for renewal to be successful. To renew sToken on Apple Business Manager: Log in to Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager.Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, click Preferences, then click Payments & Billing,Under Server Tokens, click the name of the location to download the sToken (.vpptoken file) To complete sToken renewal in the Workspace ONE UEM Console: Within the Workspace ONE UEM Console, navigate to the correct Organization Group where the expiring sToken resides.Navigate to Groups & Settings > All settings > Devices & Users > Apple > VPP Managed Distribution.Click Renew and browse to the renewed sToken on your network to upload it to the Console.Click Save to retain your updated settings. Ensure that users can download VPP applications after you renew the sToken.
