Cause
In this scenario, you are unable to push notifications from the Air-Watch Console to the Air-Watch Agent (or any other AirWatch applications) on end-ser iOS devices
Resolution
This issue can occur if the APNs for Applications certificate has expired in your AirWatch Console environment.
Determine which Organization Group the affected devices are enrolled under. Navigate within the Air-Watch Environment to the affected Organization Group. Navigate to Groups & Settings > All Settings > Devices & Users > Apple > Apple iOS > APNS For Applications. If the validation periods are all showing as expired, then the Customer needs to renew the APNS For Applications. Navigate to the following link for Console Versions from 7.3-8.2: https://resources.air-watch.com/view/clvzq5jfhk8h3cx47z2h/enRun the script at this link on the Air-Watch Database. Navigate within the Air-Watch Console back to Groups & Settings > All Settings > Devices & Users > Apple > Apple iOS > APNS For Applications. Confirm validation periods are renewed. Legacy applications, Air-Watch Chat, and Air-Watch App Catalog will show as expired. This is expected behavior. Re-attempt to push notifications to iOS devices.
