Cause
This issue occurs because of Microsoft security update. For more information please refer to this Microsoft Article CredSSP encryption Oracle remediation.
Resolution
This is a known issue.
Workaround
To workaround this issue follow any of the options below;
Option 1: Disable NLA under Remote Settings
Log in as an Administrator on the View desktop virtual machine.Right-click My Computer (or) This PC and click Properties.Click the Remote tab in System Properties.Uncheck Allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with NLA.Click OK.
Option 2: Use RDP Settings for Client GPO
With RDP settings for client GPO, you can connect to the View desktop using RDP protocol with NLA enabled. For more information see RDP Settings for Client GPOs.
Note the following limitations:
Direct client connections are enabled for the Connection Server instance. Tunneled connections are not supported with NLA.Client System Information Sent to Remote Desktops is not supported with NLA.
