Warning/Errors seen for subscription license on Horizon Console or Horizon Cloud Administration ConsoleEnd user connectivity issues or service disruption while subscription license is used
This article explains the subscription license sync health issues and remediation for and Horizon.
This issue occurs due to connectivity issues between Horizon Cloud and Horizon License mode configuration.

POD_AUTHENTICATION_ERRORError establishing connection with the Horizon due to invalid credentialsHorizon Cloud Connector is not able to connect to Horizon due to invalid credentials. Verify that the password is not expired or changed. Next, perform Reconfigure operation in Horizon Cloud Connector configuration portal.POD_USER_INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION Error establishing connection with the Horizon due to insufficient permissions for admin user.Horizon Cloud Connector is not able to connect to Horizon due to insufficient permissions for admin user. Verify that the Horizon user account is configured with admin permissions. Update the permissions if needed. POD_CERTIFICATE_ERRORError establishing connection with the Horizon POD due to Certificates issue Horizon Cloud Connector is not able to connect to Horizon due to a certificate error. Verify that all certificates are valid and then perform the Reconfigure operation in the Horizon Cloud Connector configuration portal POD_SOCKET_TIMEOUT_ERRORUnable to connect to Horizon Verify that connectivity between Horizon Cloud Connector and Horizon is not blocked or broken. The error could be due to a problem with the DNS or proxy server.
