  1. A registered VMware Cloud Services account with VMware Skyline enabled and configured for every organization to be supported by the BugZero integration

  2. VMware Cloud Services login credentials for the configured account

  3. A BugZero account with access to the BugZero UI

  4. Complete the BugZero ServiceNow Integration Guide

  5. Access to the ServiceNow instance configured with your BugZero account
