The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.2 - July 29, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.1.2, 9.1.11, 9.1.10. Fixed an issue where, when stateless GTP-U traffic hit a multi-dataplane firewall, an inter-dataplane fragmentation loop occurred, which caused high dataplane resource usage.
