Disable Windows Firewall or any 3rd Party Firewall Software
Make Sure the DNS Settings on the Printer Are Correct Using CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)
Scan to the IP Address of the SMB Server Instead of the Host Name
Set the File Repository Port to 445 in CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)
Windows 10 SMB Protocol by Default SMB 1.0 is Disabled
Make Sure the IP Address of the Target Computer or Server Has Not Changed
Make Sure the IP Address and Port Number Have Been Entered Correctly in the Repository Settings Using CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)
Upgrade Xerox Device Firmware to 71.23.33 or higher
WorkCentre 7120/7125: Power the Printer Off and On
WorkCentre 5325/5330/5335: Power the Printer Off and On
Contact a System Administrator to Confirm the Scan User Account Has the Proper Share Permissions
Uninstall Microsoft Security Essentials if Scanning to a Windows 7 Computer
Upgrade Firmware to Software Version 53.33.75 or Higher
