Issue

The UI touch behavior is exhibiting abnormal and seemingly random issues, including: Inconsistent scrolling with one finger The screen may zoom in or make unintended selections even when your finger is not lifted. Delayed responses, requiring a prolonged press for a selection to register.

Resolution

Important: Do not press the UI touchscreen while the device is waking from sleep mode. 3 If the Issue Remains after performing the above Contact Support for Further assistance. Press the  Power Button  and Select  Sleep . Note: If unable to select sleep Hold the power button until the device powers off. After the device has powered off, power the device on. Do not touch the screen while the device is powering on. Note: If unable to select sleep Hold the power button until the device powers off. After the device has powered off, power the device on.
