Resolution
Follow all jam clearance instructions displayed on the touch screen.
Remove paper and any obstructions from the paper path

Ensure that there is an Even Gap Between the
Finisher and the Device
, Rotate the white Wheels on the bottom of the finisher to level it.
Power the printer off,
wait two minutes, and then power on.
