Symptom
When 'ad sh env power state' is issued, there is possibility that following error might be seen
nodeid_create2 failed for node 'Subsystem(0)' detected the 'fatal' condition 'Code(0)'
Conditions
Error in CLI is seen only if there is at least one satellite in the setup.
Workaround
No possible workaround as this error is seen only when satellites are connected to host.
Further Problem Description
There is no functional impact of this issue.
i.e. although there is error displayed in the CLI output, the information is complete and valid.
