Symptom
Console is flooded with following messages in 16.12
It is coming as vManage is logging to device. These messages were not present in 16.11

*Apr 30 00:02:32.667: %DMI-5-AUTH_PASSED: R0/0: dmiauthd: User 'vmanage-admin' authenticated successfully from X.X.X.X:47375 and was authorized for netconf over ssh. External groups: PRIV01
This Bug is an enhancement to provide a configurable option to disable logging of these messages when the netconf is initiated by vManage.
