The following Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems are at End-OF-Service-Life (EOSL) or approaching that date, and parts may not be available: R3000XR R/T3000 R/T3000 G2 R/T3000 G4 UPS Note: All units may be out of warranty, except units that are under extended service contracts; this applies to extended service agreements only. Verify warranty status before requesting a replacement.
The following Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems are affected: R3000XR R/T3000 R/T3000 G2 R/T3000 G4 UPS Note: The differences between each of the systems are summarized on this document.
When the parts are totally depleted from stock as they became End-OF-Service-Life (EOSL), replace the HPE R3000XR, R/T3000, R/T3000 G2 and R/T3000 G4 model with the R/T3000 G5 model. Replacing the R3000XR with R/T3000 G5 models When the R3000XR UPS is replaced with the R/T3000 G5 UPS, there are eight differences between both UPSs: Front panel cosmetic differences.
