In April 2019, HPE ProLiant Gen10 and HPE Synergy Gen10 servers added support for Performance Monitoring and Workload Performance Advisor through a firmware package update. The minimum firmware revision required for this support is HPE Integrated Lights-Out 5 (iLO 5) v1.40 and HPE Innovation Engine (IE) firmware version 0.2.0.11. These are included in the April 2019 Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP).
After flashing via the SPP, the Performance Monitoring and Workload Performance Advisor pages are not available. This occurs because an iLO 5 reset is required after the Innovation Engine (IE) firmware has been updated. The SPP bundle flashes the iLO 5 firmware first; therefore, iLO 5 is reset before the Innovation Engine component is flashed.
When flashing these components manually outside of the SPP process, if iLO 5 is flashed after the IE firmware, the pages will be displayed.

Scope
Any HPE ProLiant Gen10 or HPE Synergy Gen10 server supporting Intel Scalable Xeon Generation 1 and 2 processors with HPE iLO 5 v1.40 (or later) and Innovation Engine firmware version 0.2.0.11 (or later) with Advanced License installed.
Resolution
After an iLO 5 reset, the Performance Monitoring and Workload Performance Advisor pages will be displayed (if minimum firmware requirements and licensing are met).
When manually updating the firmware deliverables, flash iLO 5 firmware component after flashing the IE firmware component.
