Info
The Agentless Management Service (AMS) version 2.30.1.0 (or earlier) will stop responding on HPE ProLiant/Synergy Gen10/Gen10 Plus servers running a Microsoft Windows Server operating system if an online firmware update is attempted via OneView.
HPE Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) is unable to report the AMS status during the online update, and as a result, the firmware deployment state does not change from activating to applied. The firmware will remain at an activating install state.
For example:
Scope
