HPE Agentless Management Service (AMS) for Windows version 2.41 (or earlier) may not detect some of the HPE-installed software on a system.
For any installed driver where the device is not enabled in the Windows Device Manager, AMS will not detect the driver.
HPE installed firmware, drivers and software are detected by AMS and can be viewed through the Integrated Lights-Out 5 (iLO 5) interface: System Information > Software tab, or in the iLO 4: Firmware & OS Software > Software tab.
Example of HPE-installed software that may not be detected by AMS:
HPE Intel ixn Driver for Windows Server version 3.14.214.0 2.
HPE Insight Management WBEM Providers for Windows Server 64 Editions version 10.75.0. 3.

Scope
Any HPE ProLiant server, Synergy compute module, or Apollo system Gen9 and later, running a Windows Operating System and HPE Agentless Management Service (AMS) version 2.41 (or earlier).
Resolution
Update AMS to version 2.50. Make sure that a supported driver is installed in the device and that the device is enabled and active in the Device Manager to ensure that AMS can detect and report the status of any supported device firmware and software, such as Network adapters, Smart Array controllers, and/or others.
