Issue
This issue applies to WatchGuard EPP, EDR, EDR Core, EPDR, and Advanced EPDR. This issue was resolved in version 8.00.24 and higher.
Trojan/RansomDecoy.A detections show as 'Ignored' in the Threats Detected by the Antivirus tile of the Security dashboard in the Endpoint Security management UI. It should show in the Malware Activity tile and be classified as 'Sent to quarantine'.
Workaround/Solution
This issue was resolved in version 8.00.24 and higher.
