Reseat the imaging units in the Imaging Unit basket. Identify where the noise is coming from and ensure any doors are properly closed or any moving parts move freely. Make sure the machine is on a solid level surface that supports the weight of the printer. Make sure the trays are installed correctly and closed properly. Check for any debris or obstructions in the paper path Make sure the paper path is clear. Check the Status of Parts and Supplies. Remove and Reinsert the Toner Cartridges. Check for any power strips, extension cords, or uninterruptable power supplies(UPS), if so check to see if these are making the noise (These devices are not suggested for use with Xerox Printers) Reseat the imaging units in the Imaging Unit basket. Replace the Imaging Kit. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
