One or Multiple Colors are missing from printed Images.
1 Print the Image Quality Test Pages and see if the missing color prints there, If so there device is printing properly check the settings for the submitted Print Job Note : To print the Image Quality Test Pages, at the control panel, press the Home button, then touch Device > Information Pages > Troubleshooting Print Quality Page > Print. 2 Remove the Imaging Kit and check for packing material left in the imaging kit and that all 4 Imaging units are installed. Note : If the Black imaging Kit was recently installed the Color Imaging units need to be transferred to it from the Old Kit. 3 Remove the Developer unit for the Missing Color from the Imaging kit and reinstall. 4 Check the imaging kit for Obvious Damage, Contamination, and Improper Installation If found Replace For more information, refer to 5 Replace the Imaging Kit.
