Make sure the Horizontal Transport Cover is closed using the handle If the horizontal transport cover is not closed using the handle, the cover does not close properly and may cause jams or errors Make sure you close the cover using the handle. Remove paper from paper path. Remove trays 1 and 2 and check for paper stuck behind them. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
